Melvin immersed himself in the hospitality industry at the age of seventeen, and with perseverance and determination climbed up the working ladder to become a general manager, which eventually led to nearly 4 decades of experience to his name. He has completed the Advance Management Program at Cornell University of New York and has also undergone several professional development trainings programs from The University of Hawaii, The Hilton International. Training program in Australia, training programs under Regent Hotels, and The Radisson U in Australia. In the years of his working career some of the accolades attained notably include the Radisson’s prestigious Presidents Award for two consecutive years, and during his term as general manager of Tanjung Rhu Resort Langkawi, the TravelAsia award for the best of the best resorts in Langkawi.

Tariqua, with her infinite desire for learning, has dwelled in diverse disciplines of learning such as Graphic Designing, Coaching, Sales and Marketing and other soft skills. She has a Masters in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis, which adds value to her adjacent passion for Reiki, Acupuncture and Mindfulness Meditation. Overall, adding a unique context to her personality and skills.

Tariqua’s ability to connect and network with people made her very successful in her corporate career as a Head for International Sales and Business Development at The Malaysian Institute of Management. She won the award for “Most Outstanding Departmental and Individual Sales” in 2017 at The Malaysian Institute of Management and continued to exceed her budget expectations for another two consecutive years.

Sarah is a qualified chartered accountant with a specialization in finance and investment. Starting her career in Dubai in investment banking and audit, she is now based in Malaysia and has moved on to Executive Education. She has been a part of the training and education industry for the past 8 years. Over the course of her career she has organized and coordinated numerous training programs, seminars, conferences and events for international clients. Having a keen eye for detail and numbers, she is a part of IMZEE Consulting, responsible for all operational, marketing and financial matters.

Lakmini from running the family printing company at a very young age, of which she is now the managing director, embarked on her journey in the hospitality industry as an enterprising young professional with the Colombo Hilton as print and graphic manager and moved onto sales and marketing. Eventually ascending to the role of National Director of sales for Hilton Hotels Sri Lanka, she has had a remarkable career spanning over 30 years, maintaining a highly respected and recognized presence in the hospitality sector.

She has excelled in her role as Vice President for a renowned group of hotels, overlooking a portfolio of over 20 hotels in the region. As a result, she has established strong connections across the tourism industries of Germany, Middle East, Russia, China & India.
